Trying to figure out what to make for dinner is one thing, on top of that trying to find something the whole family will like and eat without complaining is another!
While this may not be the recipe for the whole family especially if you have picky eaters and they want nothing to do with greens or vegetables in general, however, it is a simple and quick recipe for the busy moms looking for something healthy that doesn't take too much time to make, besides who doesn't like quick and easy dinner recipes?
1️⃣Cut up your favourite vegetables (I used bell peppers, onions, carrots and edamame)
2️⃣Place them in a tray
3️⃣Sprinkle with spices of your choice basic ones are Sea Salt, black pepper and chilli powder, garlic, Italian seasoning
4️⃣Place in oven for approximately 8 -10 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
5️⃣Add to fresh greens and top with some homemade dressing.
The homemade dressing was freestyle with these ingredients:
🔸Olive Oil
🔸Lemon Juice
🔸Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp of honey ( I used coconut sugar)
🔸Pinch of Salt and Pepper
𝗘𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴! O𝗵, 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿!
